南区の家

夫婦と子供の3人家族の住まいである。敷地は、将来の敷地分割に備えた配置計画とした。1階は、リビング、ダイニング、キッチン、WIC、UT等を「行き止まりのない動線」でつなぎ、生活のしやすさに配慮した平面計画とした。2階は、3つの寝室とトレーニングスペース、WICを配置。階段室は、朝日をやさしく受け入れ、朝日とともに日々の生活がはじまる動線空間とした。

This house was designed for a family of three — a couple and their child.
The site plan anticipates the possibility of future subdivision, ensuring flexibility for long-term use.
On the first floor, the living room, dining room, kitchen, walk-in closet, and utility area are connected in a continuous “loop circulation,” allowing movement without dead ends and enhancing ease of daily living.
The second floor accommodates three bedrooms, a training space, and another walk-in closet.
The stair hall is designed to gently receive the morning sunlight, becoming a circulation space where each day begins with the rising sun.
